This notice describes the privacy controls for VoxErase and its secure audio intake. The form remains disabled while email notifications and full workflow checks are completed.

Current status: Uploads are disabled while email notification setup and the full workflow test are pending. While disabled, the form does not transmit audio or submission details. Hosting providers may process standard request data such as IP address and user-agent logs under their own terms.

Information you choose to send

If you email hello@voxerase.com, VoxErase will receive the information and any attachments you include. Do not email sensitive recordings.

Cookies, analytics, and security

This project does not intentionally include analytics scripts or advertising cookies. The font stylesheet references Google Fonts. When intake is enabled, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile; verification sends the challenge token and network information to Cloudflare. A keyed, non-reversible IP hash is used for rate limiting.

Audio files and submission records

When secure intake is enabled, the email address, optional instructions, filename, declared file information, and consent time are collected. The browser sends MP3 or WAV audio of up to 50 MB to a same-origin VoxErase Pages Function. After validating the actual byte length, file type, and audio signature, the function stores it in a private Supabase Storage bucket and records submission details in a private database table. The five-minute authorization is single-use. No public object URLs are created.

Storage, access, and deletion

Files and submission records are scheduled to expire seven days after intake authorization; successful uploads are deleted by an active hourly Supabase cleanup job. Tests confirmed removal of an expired private file and an abandoned submission record. Deletion may be delayed by up to about one hour plus platform unavailability. Supabase Free projects can pause after a week of low database activity, which can delay cleanup, so the schedule and project status must be monitored. Only the private upload backend and authorized account administrators can access submission data.

Children and sensitive information

This site is not designed for children. Please avoid sending personal or sensitive information by email.
